In 2014, Stephen founded Riverhill Ventures as a socially conscious, strategic investment & consulting firm primarily focused on three sectors: Quick Service Restaurants, Natural Foods, and Consumer Brands. He served as a freshii franchisee for three years, from 2016-2019. In mid-2019, under his leadership after exiting freshii, Riverhill acquired an ownership stake in four Playa Bowls (QSR) locations. Following the acquisition, Riverhill has provided strategic advice and capital through its hospitality-focused subsidiary, The Blackbeard Group, that will see expansion to eight locations within the Philadelphia/Main Line, Lehigh Valley, and Bucks County, PA regions in 2020.
In 2020, Riverhill Ventures became Riverhill Group, founded as a Strategic Advisory& Consulting Group, to help companies achieve their goals through thoughtful strategic advice, branding support, and class-leading advisory.
Stephen is currently an Associate at Solebury Trout, a leading life sciences Investor Relations firm. Stephen oversees the firms day-to-day business development in addition to providing strategic support to clients.
